  • Agent version and connection status

  • Commands executed through the platform
  • Chat/conversation history with AI
  • Command outputs and results
  • Feature usage patterns

2.4 Cloud Credentials

If you use cloud provisioning features, you may provide cloud provider credentials (AWS, Azure, etc.). These are encrypted at rest and only used to manage resources on your behalf.

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Execute commands on your connected systems
  • Process natural language requests through AI
  • Provision and manage cloud resources
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. LLM Data Processing

Important: When you use our AI features, your prompts and system context are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or your configured provider).

4.1 LLM Obfuscation

We offer an LLM obfuscation feature that automatically replaces sensitive data (IP addresses, hostnames, instance IDs) with placeholders before sending to AI models. The real values are restored when commands are executed.

Note: Obfuscation reduces but does not eliminate all data exposure. Command outputs and other context may still contain identifiable information.

4.2 Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)

You can use your own API keys for AI providers. In this case, your data is sent directly to your AI provider account, and their privacy policies apply.

We may share your information with:

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Chat history: Retained for 90 days, then deleted
  • Audit logs: Retained for 1 year
  • System metrics: Retained for 30 days
  • Backups: Retained for 30 days after deletion
